Returns Instructions
- Go to the website http://www.tartanarmystore.com
- Go to 'My Accounts' in the top menu & log in. Your Shopping bag history will be displayed.
- Select the order from which you wish to make a return by clicking on the corresponding 'View' icon.
- Press the 'Returns' button.
- Select the product(s) you wish to return and the quantity of each and the reason(s) for which you are returning them.
- Then press the 'Submit' button.
- Once you have submitted the form you will be given your returns number, make sure you print this page as you need to include it with the product(s) you are sending back. It is advisable to keep a record of this number for yourself.
- Package up your products, remember to include the returns number, and send them back to us at:

We feel sure that you will receive our products as expected and of merchantable quality. However, for your peace of mind, any product purchased from us would be accepted for refund within 7 days of purchase or exchange within 28 days of purchase upon the following conditions:
The returned goods must be in saleable condition and returned in its original packaging. "Saleable" means that there are no tears, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product or the packaging; and the product must not have been altered in any way or washed in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
The goods must be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery service and insured for the value of the goods. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit and no refunds will be allowed for goods returned in damaged or otherwise un-saleable condition.
Please follow the instructions included with your package for a product being returned for refund or exchange. Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable.
